A variety with a heavy, round head and smooth, broad, white leaves. Prefer loose, fresh soil. Very resistant to cold climates. Sow in summer for harvesting in autumn, or in autumn for harvesting in spring. Sow in rows, thinning out leaving 25/30 cm along the rows and between plants.

To sow in open field from August to October.
