SAPATA is an indeterminate  tomato hybrid, suitable for loose harvest. The flavour of the firm,deep oblate fruits is excellent. They have a slight greenback, but at full maturity the fruits turn tobrilliant red. Once sliced, the colour of the flesh is as brilliant red as the fruits themselves. The compact plant has got short internodes and the fruits are well covered. Sapata is suitable for growth in plastic tunnels and outdoor production in soil.
