Variety with voluminous, compact, round head with wrap-around white-cream leaves with slightly indented edges and subtle red variegation. Withstands cold temperatures well. Sow 20/30 cm apart in rows spaced 30/50 cm apart. Water regularly after planting and during particularly dry periods. Hoe and fertilise the ground well.

To sw in open field from July to August.
