A variety with a large, elongated head that is rounded at the tip and has light coloured leaves with white stems. Usually sown at the biginning of spring or in July-August, ensuring the seeds are planted close to the surface. Thin the plants out so that they are 25/30 cm apart.

To sow in open field from May to October.
