Variety than produces a bulky head that is compact and bright green with jagged, crunchy laves. Resistant to heat, white seed, very late to bolt. Sow in rows outdoors in any season at a depht of 1 cm. When the leaves are vigorous enough, thin out to leave 30 cm between plants on all sides.

To sow in open field from February to April.
