Variety with large, tender, pale-coloured head with delicate red shading and thin tender leaves. Sow seeds just below the surface 25/30 cm apart in rows spaced 30/40 cm apart. Water and fertilise generously. Harvest once the heads have formed.

To sow in open field from March to May.
