A variety with a large golden- yellow, spinning top-shaped bulb that is flat at the top. The flesh is entirely white. It is a late variety that keeps extremely well and is therefore ideal for consuming in autumn-winter-spring. Watering is necessary if the environmental humidity does not favour seed germination or during cultivation in particulary dry years.

To sow in open field from February to March.
